How we make money

Last updated 2026-09-03.

The short version

Some “View deal” links on wattaire are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the retailer or manufacturer may pay us a small commission. It never changes the price you pay — the commission comes out of the retailer’s margin, not your wallet.

Rankings are not for sale

No brand pays to rank higher, to get a better data score, or to be included at all. A charger appears because we sourced its specs from a manufacturer sheet or a corroborating measurement, not because of any commercial relationship. Whether an offer happens to be an affiliate link plays no part in the fit, size, price-per-watt, or data-quality logic that orders any list on this site.

Where the links go

We currently work with, or intend to work with, manufacturer affiliate programs (for example Anker, Ugreen, Belkin) and general marketplaces (for example Amazon), typically through affiliate networks such as Impact or Awin. Not every offer is an affiliate link — many are shown simply because they were the lowest price we found, with no commercial relationship behind them at all.

Prices and stock

Prices are periodic snapshots, not live feeds, and are marked with the date we last checked them. They can change at the retailer between our check and your visit. VAT is shown according to the market you are browsing, with cross-border estimates clearly labelled as estimates; US prices exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout.
